My refund deposit is short $322 less than the amount from the IRS?????

My refund from the IRS is short $322. TurboTax could give me no explanation. Are you charging extra fees or keeping more of our refunds that you shouldn't? The deposit came from TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC. Are they keeping part of our refund illegally? I've seen this complaint hundreds of times today. Are you going to explain or do anything to make this right with all of your customers?

In this public forum, we do not have access to any information regarding refund processing. It would be necessary to try contacting TPG for additional information. If you are unable to get through on the phone, you can scroll down and click Submit A Request to send a message. You can also check out this TPG Help Article to check on your refund again.

I love how you guys are trying to push it off to TPG who pushes it off to the IRS and they push it back to TurboTax. It makes absolutely no sense why nobody can answer any questions. It's definitely coming off as trying to scam people out of their money.
