topic federal tax due in After you file

Turbo tax stated I owed $1 for my federal, so I paid it and it has been 4 weeks and I have not received a refund for federal at all. I got my state 2 weeks ago and turbo tax doesn't even show a refund amount on my federal, it just says "federal tax due: $1" which I paid the day I submitted my returns. Do I need to amend my return and see if I made a mistake? Or does this mean I owe the IRS my total federal refund plus the $1 I paid? My federal tax withholding box on my w2 has $2443.44 so I thought I would be getting close to that amount.
