Tax Refund Short

I just received my tax refund, and it was $2,343.70 Short. My question is why is it short and coming into my bank as TPG products? Will I receive the money that is shorted back as there should be no reason my federal return would be short; this is bull crap and I have used turbo tax for 10 years and never had an issue till now. I want answers as to why I am short that much money!!!

There could be some fees taken out but bot over $2K. the IRS will send you an explanation because they do not inform Turbotax of any changes they make.

I have contacted them and there was nothing different for our tax refund to be short. The only thing different this year is the refund coming through as TPG products. I have been with turbo tax for 10 years and next years I am not using them, because of all this.
