I accidentally submitted my amended federal return twice today. Will the IRS deduct my payment twice? I show to amended returns accepted today under my account in TT.

I was logged out and when I logged back in, I thought I was picking up where I left off, but apparently, I had already submitted. Now it shows 2 amended returns accepted today.
