    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I filed my taxes with my who is now my ex.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;he put his bank information into TurboTax instead of mine and the IRS is saying that I received my refund on February 16 and I did not, there is a different bank account number on TurboTax it isn’t even mine and I don’t even know his bank account information so I would like some help please. Is there a way I can put my bank information in to the taxes I filed 2021 in February please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your post is confusing.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Were you still legally married as of the end of 2021?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Did you file a joint 2021 return with your now "ex" spouse?&amp;nbsp; Who prepared the tax return?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; You cannot change banking information after you file the tax return.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If your ex changed the information and the refund went only to him, then you have a legal issue to discuss with your divorce attorney.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Neither the IRS nor TurboTax can help with a dispute you and your ex-spouse are having over your income tax refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you may need to see a lawyer other than the one handling your marital situation.&amp;nbsp; on a joint return both spouses must consent to a joint filing. his changing info without your consent may be illegal even fraud.&amp;nbsp; but that's for a lawyer to determine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
