Refund Missing Over $1000 dollars

I received a deposit for my refund of around $950. My expected return per the IRS and TurboTax was around $2400. I let it sit for a couple of days to see if I got a second bank statement but it did not happen.

None of that applies to me, I didn’t owe the IRS anything nor do I have any of the other outstanding fees.

So you are missing around 1400? That could be the 3rd Stimulus payment. Did you get it back in March - May or later? Check you bank statements. You might have tried to claim it again on your tax return line 30.

You should have got IRS letter 6475. Double check your bank account and your IRS account

If the IRS thinks they sent it to you but you didn't get it request a trace for a missing third Stimulus payment
