This year taxpayers have shared that the IRS states that once the information has been received and processed it takes about 9 weeks to get the refund. Some taxpayers have seen the refund in about 5 weeks. Keep checking wheres my refund and call the IRS back if you need to. They do not share that information with Turbo Tax: https://www.irs.gov/refunds

TT didn't ask for that info. And sent my info to an email address used 5 yrs ago, even though I've used TT for the past 5 yrs with this email. Turbo Tax really dropped the ball and the IRS now is shut down because of the virus. This is a crying shame. So many work all year and was counting on the refund for bills who's still digging themselves out of the Hurricane last year. The IRS not TT gives info or straight answers. Just be patient, and still processing.

The site is down and has been for 48 hours. The IRS can send stimulous, but not refunds. Why?
