Please clarify your question. What state do you live in. Some states, such as Ohio, have a school tax form. Other states just ask for a school district number but do not have a school tax form.

I am in Ohio. I found a form but I want to know if Turbo Tax included when I filed.

The school district tax return for Ohio is Form SD-100. Do you have that form in the copy of your state return? If so, it was filed with your return.

If SD-100 is not in your return, you will have to amend your Ohio resident return to include it. Please see How to amend (change or correct) a return you've already filed for instructions on how to amend your return if necessary.
