If you elect to pay your filing fees using your refund, your refund will be processed by Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, where they deduct your filing fees and then deposit the remainder in your bank account. Did you make a mistake and say you did not receive the 3rd EIP payment of $1400 last year? If you received it last year but said on your tax return that you did not get it, the IRS took the $1400 away from your refund because you cannot get the $1400 twice.

If you did not get it---but the IRS says you did ---then have the payment traced. First check your own bank records for a deposit of $1400 sometime after mid-March of last year. And check your online IRS account.
