I checked the IRS refund tool to check the status of my federal refund and it states it has been deposited in my Credit Karma account on 2/16/21. But I did not receive the funds?

Their 3rd party company has it, TPG. I have had absolutely no luck getting in contact with them. They have had my refund since 2/23. It's on "reserve" with no contact from them.

If you need help with your Credit Karma account, you should go to their help website. If Where's My Refund shows your Credit Karma routing number and account number, they will be able to track it. There is a contact us link at the bottom of their website page if you don't find your funds when you click on Manage Accounts.
