How long for North Carolina State Return to Be Accepted or Rejected?

Oops my original post had wrong dates/ Reposted the question here. I filed on 2/22/22 in the afternoon for both federal and state. The federal return was accepted that evening. I have received no notice at all about the acceptance or rejection of the North Carolina state return? What should I do? It has now been 5 full business days (7 days total) since the return was filed. It is the first time filing in North Carolina. The previous state of residence was South Carolina. I filed as a full year resident because I earned no income in South Carolina in 2021 after graduating from a SC college in December 2020 and began a job in North Carolina in March 2021.

After NC begins processing returns (which has been delayed according to the article shared by Champ ee-ea), you can check the status of your refund using the 'Where's My Refund' tool on the North Carolina Department of Revenue website.
