&lt;P&gt;And what did you do to file the return?&amp;nbsp; Did you fix it and re-file?&amp;nbsp; Or print and mail it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p2"&gt;You received an email that we cannot see that tells you why your tax return was rejected. &lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p3"&gt;Some rejected returns can be fixed and re-filed.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Some have “un-fixable” reasons for the rejection and have to be mailed instead. What is the rejection code or rejection message?&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;If it was rejected for AGI—-be aware that many 2020 returns took so long for the IRS to process that your 2020 AGI might not be in the IRS system. &lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Try using zero instead.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p4"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p5"&gt;If filing with zero is rejected then file again but select the option that you did not file last year.&amp;nbsp; The IRS does not see that question and it will allow you to e-file with no AGI question.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p6"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p4"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p7"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/where-do-i-correct-my-agi-in-turbotax-online/00/26311" target="_blank"&gt;https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/where-do-i-correct-my-agi-in-turbotax-online/00/26311&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just called and talked with a nice lady at tech support trying to refund the $25 used for a rejected eFile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She tried but Intuit system could not find the transaction based on the ID that showed in an email to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered my bank to cancel the credit payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To Intuit: TurboTax advice for rejection reason was "wrong AGI" but the AGI was correct - actually copied from previous year.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid $48.62 for the TurboTax Desktop 2021 download after purchasing Turbo Tax Deluxe at Costco.&amp;nbsp; I never had to pay for the state tax download in the past after using Turbo Tax for about 20 years.&amp;nbsp; I also had to pay $25 to e-file the state tax and it was rejected after several tries to fix the issue.&amp;nbsp; I had to mail the state tax return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like a refund of both the state download and the state e-file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[email address removed]&lt;/P&gt;</description>
