These states are New Hampshire, Tennessee, Alabama, Illinois, Hawaii, Mississippi, and Pennsylvania that exclude pension income from state taxes. If you live in one of these states, you do not need to amend your state return.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
