My tax returns were accepted on February 4th. I followed the directions of a Turbo Tax expert when it came to that 1095 issue with a lot of people. I never had health insurance through the marketplace yet it did not let me select no. An expert on here told me to click yes but then only put the number one. I hope this is not holding up my taxes because I just listened to the Turbo Tax experts. There's no reason why everybody else is getting their return but me. This is ridiculous and I said before this will be the last time I go through TurboTax. I highly doubt I'll be able to get through but when can I actually call the IRS? I had a simple W2.

Please see How do I contact the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)? for information, including the IRS phone number and hours of operation. You may want to try calling right when they open since they have been very busy throughout the day.

Refunds usually take about 21 days after the IRS has accepted your e-filed return. Although, sometimes it can take longer. The IRS is taking more than 21 days (and up to 90 to 120 days) to issue refunds for tax returns with the Recovery Rebate Credit, Earned Income Tax Credit and Additional Child Tax Credit. Please see What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days? for more information.

Since the IRS has accepted your e-filed return, you can check the status of your refund by going directly to https://www.irs.gov/refunds.
