Definitely don’t Recommend

Okay so I filed my return and I’ve been with TurboTax for 2 years now and this year I got completely screwed over, first I filed my return I was supposed to get back 2,178$. I filed normally but this year I was forced to file with deluxe, which I had 0 quarrels with. I don’t mind supporting/paying for the service honestly, now here’s where the problems arrive. I didn’t get my full 1,817$ from federal, I only got 293$. What in the flying what! To add insult to injury the IRS changed my Rebate Credit and I’m definitely eligible so now I’m trying to figure out if I’ll even get that now. I believe it was because their 3rd party to the payment and it caused some internal error with what the IRS was processing. This is ridiculous I doubt I’ll ever file with with TurboTax again. Filed perfectly last year with no problems got my EIP credit and all now, it’s like dang where did Turbo go wrong??? That’s my 2 cents I’d stay away personally such a hassle and confusion which shouldn’t even be here I don’t know what happened but this was a horrible year to file with them.

I can just about fully agree with you! This is my second year filed perfect as I did last year and yet my return got rejected, corrected a few things. Then it was accepted withing a matter of 24 hrs. It's now been 22 days since I filed..and I'm being told it's delayed, on top of it costing 79 instead of 32 in turbo fees.
