Since you have amended your 2016 tax return to show you no longer owe the First-Time Homebuyer Credit, you will want to paper-file your 2017 tax return. The IRS does not update its records regarding this credit in a timely manner and you could experience a rejection of your 2017 tax return.

You can look
up your account at this link: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/first-time-homebuyer-credit-account-look-up

When you paper-file your 2017 tax return, attach a copy of your 2016 tax return to show that you properly filed. Additionally, you will need to
contact the IRS directly to have them correct their records so you don't
encounter this same issue next year.
NOTE: You can still use TurboTax to file your 2017 tax return. During the filing process, you will choose to File by mail instead of e-file and TurboTax will guide you through printing your tax return and the mailing instructions.
