I did get a form from my employer - NOT an IRS form - that lists the taxable income for the portion of restricted stocks that vested last year - the TAXABLE INCOME, the REPORTABLE INCOME, the FAIR MARKET VALUE, and the TAXES PAID on this. I didn't realize until now that you have to report VESTED RSUs, even if you didn't seel them - which I haven't.

Using Turbo Tax Desktop:

1) When amending, which sections do I need to use to report the INCOME and related TAXES PAID?

2) Is this only for federal, or will I be led through amending my state taxes?
