Refund 2021

I am missing about $600 dollars from my tax refund and it shows as TPG. After reviewing my tax record, the IRS issued my refund for the amount I was suppose to receive so I know that I do not owe them. How do I go about receiving my full refund? I tried contacting Turbo to explain however I was told that I probably owed the IRS and to contact them however I do not. Also, I didn’t authorized any other products/services.

If you received less than the amount owed, you will need to contact the IRS regarding the amount received.

Yes, it’s hard to get in touch with anyone. The one agent I spoke with Turbo did not seem to understand that I know for a fact that I didn’t owe. You can view your tax record to see the refund amount that was issued and if there were any charges taken out. Years ago I owed and wasn’t aware. When I checked my record the IRS issued the refund amount with the balance removed. It’s ridiculous, I’m seeing a lot of people post about it.

I did contact them. I didn’t owe there were no federal/state offsets.

How much was the difference from what you were deposited as opposed to what you were due? @kmarie19
