Please explain what you did. When and how did you file a 2020 return? The current online software cannot be used for a 2020 return. Online can only be used for 2021 returns.

A 2020 return had to be prepared using 2020 software and it had to be mailed. E-filing has been closed for 2020 since October 2021.

And....did you put all of it on the same tax return? If you put income from two years on the same return you made a big mistake that will have to be amended.

We need to know what you did in order to help.

There are no loans available from TurboTax at this time. That ended on Feb. 15.

I think OP is applying for a loan elsewhere, and needs proof that he/she filed those tax returns.

OP: Only the IRS can APPROVE your tax filings. TT cannot.
