Stuck In Processing?

Greetings!

So I filed back on 1/19 and was told that it was accepted on 1/20. Told me I'd have my refund back on 2/10 and it's on the 24th now and nothing has happened. When I went to the IRS tool it still shows that it is being processed and it's been saying that for weeks now. I got a letter in the mail saying that I need to verify who I was and completed that online. Am I missing something else?

If you got a letter needing verification, they will need to finish processing. After verification, it can take an additional 4-6 weeks to finalize.

It says I verified my identity on 2/13 with ID.me Does that mean it could take 4-6 weeks from that date?

Yes. Once they release the refund, you will see a deposit date on the Where's My Refund website.
