    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, but I've been calling all the numbers and all I ever get is the recorded messages to try again the next day. At 7:00 in the morning I get the"we're sorry. All our representatives are helping other customers. Please call back the next business day". If it's not that one it's the "you're refund is processing"&amp;nbsp; Honestly at this point I don't even think they're looking at it. I got accepted on 1/21 and message hasn't changed since.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Monday-Friday&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
