We know how important your refund is and we apologize. We’re working quickly to resolve this and make sure you receive your full refund. You'll get an email message from us shortly letting you know when to expect the rest of your refund.

I still have not received the remainder of my refund, I even sent an email to SBTPG customer service, and they sent one back saying they were reviewing it, but I have not heard back from them. This is extremely frustrating and unnecessary, I would just like to have the rest of my refund.

We appreciate your desire to have the refund processed. In this public forum, however, we do not have access to any information regarding refund processing. It would be necessary to contact SBTPG for additional information.
