I need help Amending a Return

So I filled in 2019 with TurboTax accidentally under a new account, but I guess since I used some free edition that does not exist anymore when I sign in it doesn’t show my 2019 data in my account. I can’t login on my old account and my current account which used 2018, 2020 - current.

anyways, my question is can I import my tax info for 2019? When I use the Tool TurboTax gives me to amend it, i added everything and it gives me a new forum 1040-X.

this forum is correct however, it’s showing 0s on original amount when it really should be showing 0s on Net Change since it thinks I didn’t file at all, & I had a refund, it’s giving me a larger number on line 12 & 22 when I believe line 12 original should show what I got when I filed, & the net change should show the new amount to identify the difference to subtract but it’s thinking I didn’t file and giving me just the larger number. I know this is wrong as I got a payment for that tax year and it should be the new amount minus what I got already but it’s not letting me import any tax data that I did enter. Once again since the TurboTax website shows I had not filed with them when I did, I even have the original 1040, & my tax transcript. What do I do to show my old data in TurboTax??
