      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Tax Topic 152, it's just a&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;generic reference code&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. Your return is still being processed and has yet to be approved or rejected.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The bottom line is that if you receive a message indicating you should reference Tax Topic 152,&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;there is no need to panic&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Your refund will likely continue to process, but it may take a little longer than expected.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The IRS did delay returns that have the Earned Income Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit.&amp;nbsp; The IRS states that most returns with those credits will&amp;nbsp; start receiving refunds in late Feb or early March.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
