I'm sorry, but this is article is not helpful. As I stated in my question, TurboTax already submitted my return electronically, and gave me no indication that any form was not final.

This is not helpful. I have received confirmation that the IRS has accepted my forms. TurboTax is still telling me to wait until the end of January (2 months ago) in the download section and will only let me see the preview. This is a bug in your software, not a misunderstanding on the user-end.

Try this procedure -

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2021 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
