Issue With Turbotax

So TurboTax screwed me up this year . They basically tried to tell me I didn’t file both W2’s when I did . I have proof of everything . I was prompted to amend my state and I did when I saw that I went from getting a refund to getting nothing at all . But my federal has stayed the same amount but I’m not sure if they submitted my second W2 to the IRS ! I’ll be very pissed if I have to amend my federal like I had to do my state because of them .. any advice ?
