Yes you can get a paper check. But you can't have the fees deducted from your refund. Go back through the File tab and pay ghetto fees with a credit card.

If you have NOT filed the 2021 tax return -

If you did NOT choose Pay with Refund for the TurboTax account fees -

In the File section in Step 2 on the screen How would you like to receive your federal refund? click on See Other Options. Click on Paper Check
