Y’all over charged me $40 on my tax fees I did not agree to this my amount is supposed to be $128 and y’all added another $40 to it I have my paperwork and proof somebody better fix this issue fast

So sorry. TurboTax is aware of this issue and is working to quickly resolve it. I'm adding your post to a growing list of users that have been affected. You should receive an email soon notifying you of reimbursement. I've been told that reimbursement will be made to the bank account associated with your tax return.

I hope so because I opened a case against stpg Santa Barbara tax group and they received it reviewed it and did not respond to me ignored me and closed my case very rude I’ve bin with TurboTax for 4 years now and I’ve never had this happen before ever and stpg obviously does not care about there customer and scamming people out of money that is stealing because I didn’t agree to another $40 I have my contract and it says nothing about another $40 fee
