      <description>&lt;P&gt;I hope so because I opened a case against stpg Santa Barbara tax group and they received it reviewed it and did not respond to me ignored me and closed my case very rude I’ve bin with TurboTax for 4 years now and I’ve never had this happen before ever and stpg obviously does not care about there customer and scamming people out of money that is stealing because I didn’t agree to another $40 I have my contract and it says nothing about another $40 fee&lt;/P&gt;</description>
