    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I never received my tax refund from when I filed last year. I got frustrated the few times I’ve tried to call and ended up forgetting about it. Anyways, I accidentally signed up for my refund to go on a card last year, only received a credit karma card in the mail, and it has $0 on it. I know that the refund was successfully deposited but I never received a turbo tax debit card. Is there any way to get another card sent with the money transferred?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This did not work. I was still unable to contact anyone about this claim and because I never received the card, I can't make an account to report it lost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you call the number, you will need to follow the prompts. You can try to enter your social security number, in order to get through the prompts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
