"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Eventually, but it could be two or three years from now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Better to file a correct consolidated (Joint) return that show the total amounts both of you paid or were refunded.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
