turbotax said that i would receive it but when i checked my bank account, i did not receive the stimulus.

Do you mean that it was on line 30 of your tax return but you did not get it when you received your refund? If the IRS reduced your refund they will send you a letter. Lots of people kind of "forgot" that they already received it and put it on their tax return again. When that happens the IRS takes it away since you cannot get it twice.

I did not have it on my tax return. Turbotax asked if i received it, which i didn’t, and told me the total i would be getting. it was approved but when i checked my bank account, it said i only received half of what i was supposed to get. Thank you for trying to help.
