To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2021 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

Please, make it easy and obvious to find the helpful, informative "Electronic Filing Instructions" when customers are using the TurboTax program without their having to go through "Add a State" then "Tax Tools" then "Print Center" steps. Make it simple and easy to find. The steps currently required to find that form are not intuitive or user friendly. It's frustrating every year. Clearly, when customers are asking "How do I . . ." questions, there is much need for improvement in the TurboTax presentation. Your posting answered the same question for me as the other customer(s) asked, so your guidance was valuable and appreciated.

When I get to the Print Center, it doesn't give me the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets. Rather, it basically takes me back to the Amend return page. Is there another way to get to this information?

I just received NOTICE OF TAX DUE from the state of Illinois for my 2023 tax year because I did not make any Quarterly Payments during 2024. The reason I made no quarterly payment is because Turbotax did not provide instructions to make quarterly payments. Why? This omission is costing me a $30.70 penalty. (I still have the PDF of all forms, and instructions are not present.)
