I tried to file my 2021 return by efile. Last year I filed by mail. The efile would not go through because the IRS has not processed my 2020 return yet. Therefore, I need to file by mail this year. However I already gave my credit card information, and my credit card has been charged. How do I undo the credit card charge. I will need to include a check with the return filed by mail?

Did you try to enter zero (0) as your 2020 AGI?

I used credit card and paid taxes. Then I changed to mail in taxes. Then you said to put 0 in for last years AGI. I did and it worked. But my information still had I would mail check. How do I get Turbo Tax to send money to IRS? And thank you for tip about putting in 0
