Hi my name is salilah I chatting with you about a transaction on February 27 of 2020 from footlocker company and I did not receive my shoes cause they told me y'all had ahold on my card for 5 to 7 business days and y'all was go deposit my 263.00 back on my card my card number is <removed> and I haven't received it been calling and checking my card daily could u tell me the reason why or could y'all call me and give me details and the reason why thank you Salilah number is [phone number removed]

It's clearly IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a person through the number you give us. I placed a order that didn't go through on the other sites end and yet the money was still taken from my card. They tell me I need to get a hold of the bank. Green DOT does not even have people readily available to actually help you!!! So, here I am 2 days later still trying to get a human being to speak with so I can tell them this nightmare that happened and get it fixed!!! HELP

Wow I guess I have to repeat myself over and over. Your NUMBER DOES NOT WORK. You can't get a human being or a customer support specialist to save your life!!! It's all automated SO PLEASE TELL ME....HOW am I going to explain my situation and get my money back to a robot that ONLY wants me to press 1-5?!!?!??!!! THIS IS B******P!!! Maybe Green Dot shouldn't be so crappy with customers...AGAIN you can't even get ahold of them!!! Can someone give me Green Dot's email and phone number so I can get this NIGHTMARE over with?????! PLEASE.

@Jayzinmom. You will need to login to your account to report your card lost. Support will cancel your current card, transfer the remaining balance to a new card, and then mail it out to the address on file.
