      <description>I get a message - Your NJ return is currently unavailable to print, view or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet. I electronically filed and the return was accepted, so I do not understand this problem.</description>

      <title>Update on first question</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Today I updated the turbo tax program for the awaiting new NJ tax forms. On the NJ return, after final review a new message pertaining to correct any entries that need attention. It stated that we were ineligible for e-filing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reason is- RETURNS WITH PASS-THROUGH BUSINESS ALTERNATIVE INCOME TAX CREDIT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ELECTRONIC FILING. These rules are set by NJ Division of Taxation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We do not own any business or reported any credit. We do not understand any of this and where to look for answers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our original federal and state tax returns&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;were electronically filed and accepted.&lt;/U&gt; The Turbo Tax program states that we need to file the NJ return by mail. (?) Does this also affect the federal return filing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
