how can I get more information on the status of my refund. It was approved, but now it says still processing. It has been 21 days

21 days is an estimate. It is not a promise or guarantee. Only the IRS controls when your refund will be issued.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
