This is for Rhode Island, and I am trying to answer one of the questions on Turbotax for filing the 2021 tax return. I don't have the form for it. It would actually be so helpful if there is a form I can look at for this question.

Modifications of your federal adjusted gross income are made on RI Schedule M, RI Modifications to Federal AGI.

They’re then carried over to line 2 of Form RI-1040, Resident Individual Income Tax Return.

You can find these forms at Rhode Island’s Personal Income Tax Forms page.

And, to see your state forms in TurboTax Online, see the TurboTax Help article How do I preview my TurboTax Online return before filing? for guidance. You’ll be able to preview your state form, as well as your federal Form 1040.
