    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are getting the earned income credit or child tax credit the PATH act does not allow the release of your refund before mid-February, so that might by why you are waiting.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;There could be other reasons---only the IRS know.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;TurboTax does not get any information after you file your tax return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
