Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available.

If you are getting the earned income credit or child tax credit the PATH act does not allow the release of your refund before mid-February, so that might by why you are waiting. There could be other reasons---only the IRS know. TurboTax does not get any information after you file your tax return.

As your return flows thru the processing pipeline the "bar" can disappear and a general "processing" message will be shown ... this is perfectly NORMAL. Check the tool every few days until the refund is APPROVED for dispersal.
