I go to efile my federal taxes an i keep getting this error after going to transmit return what do i do? State is NC

We don't have access to your return or account, but one possibility is addressed in this Help Article How do I file my return when I see the Transmission Trouble screen? If this does not address your situation, please feel free to provide us with the exact error message you are getting.

DO NOT Submit your NC tax return!!!!!!!!! Turn that part off.

E-filing the NC Tax forms is not available until 24 Feb.....unusually late, and could change by next week, but don't plan on it.

Thank you for the information. I was becoming exceptionally frustrated trying to file. I've had our taxes ready since before the January 24 date and have been unable to file through the TurboTax software. Customer Support had no answers either. They just kept saying we must be missing forms. I appreciate your knowledge of the subject matter.
