      <description>&lt;P&gt;Google the address for the financial institution that issued you the 1099-INT and make sure it is correct in the TT system.&amp;nbsp; If it is then delete the form and re-enter it manually instead of importing it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also be sure the two letter state abbreviation is correct. For example, Arizona should be AZ (not AR).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
