      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made a mistake on both 2019 and 2020 taxes. I was amending my 2020 when the TurboTax site kicked me off and logged me out. It did it would save my progress, but now when I go in to finish, it shows that my original taxes were done the way the amended ones were and does not show that I am owed a refund. Before I was kicked out it showed a $2600 federal return. I have tried calling customer service and cannot get a live person. HELP&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You cannot amend or prepare a prior year tax return with the online version. You need the download. Here is a link with prior year software.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
