Form 8862 rejection code

My taxes were rejected saying I need form 8862 attached. I have never been disallowed to claim EIC and should not need this form.I also have a second error form saying there is a processing error that should be fixed by February 3rd. Is this glitch going to be fixed by February 3rd or should I file somewhere else?

It's not in pending mode it was rejected because it says I need that form that I don't need. There was an error message along with it that said processing era and should be able to file after February 3rd. Is this issue being fixed?.. I have seen several people with the snake code come up who don't need the form on a tax group that I'm on so it's some type of glitch

Yes, this is the error that is expected to be fixed on February 3, 2022. You can resubmit your return after that.
