I do not have the choice on my Turbo Tax to do anything but have it deposited to an account.

If you mean apply your 2018 Refund to your 2019 taxes, please follow these steps:

Open your return
Type "apply federal refund to next year" in the search box and click enter
Click the "Jump to link" that populates
From here TurboTax will walk you through the process
