Unfortunately, we would not be able to confirm that for you. You will need to contact green-dot directly. The link for customer service is https://www.greendot.com/about/contact-us. Normally your refund should be deposited on a card if you chose that option and not send by a check from green-dot. I know a lot of customers have a hard time contacting them through the phone line so I would suggest reaching out to them through social media.
