Do I need to add 1099-DIV if its less than 500$? If yes, could you share how to submit the amend returns for 2 years?

Will I need to print & mail 1040x or will turbo tax e-file the amendment?

If I need to print,sign &mail - is turbo tax amend return free?

All amendments must be mailed in at this time. And as long as you can use the same online program you used to file the original return the amendment process is free.
