I have box 12a income deferral for a Simple IRA. I'm using TurboTax Home & Business. How do I answer whether I made a contribution to a Simple IRA on the screen that asks if I made a contribution to a Keogh, SEP or Simple Plan? Is it double dipping to report the Box 12a amount?

You have a W2 box 12 for it? No, only enter that from the W2, nowhere else. It probably wants to know if you made any contributions from your self employment Schedule C income.
