Yes, you can Amend through TurboTax.

Since you have already filed your returns and they have been Accepted, you need to wait until the IRS fully processes your return and you receive your refund.

Then, you can Amend your Tax Return by filing Form 1040-X to include your correct Form W2 information.

Your instructions say You should now be working inside the copy you'll be amending. Inside your program, search for amend and then click the Jump to link.

However I cannot find the link you mentioned for Amending the return. How do I find this link?

Were you preparing your amended return online or with a downloaded software?

If you were using the download version, you also have the option of selecting Amend a filed return on the welcome screen as shown in the picture below.

A 1040X cannot be e-filed. It must be printed and mailed. It will take about 4 months for the IRS to process an amended return. It is a good idea to use a mailing service that will track it, like UPS or certified mail, so you will know it was received.

Wait about 3 weeks from mailing and you can check the status of your amended return:

Sign into TurboTax using the same user account that you used for 2018 returns

Go to Tax Home
Then Reports and Documents at the bottom of the screen
Click on 2018
Click Amend and follow the directions to amend 2018.

You can only do the 2018 amend by downloading the software to a computer. It cannot be done online. You will enter your casino income and also any losses up to the amount of total winnings entered.

When you finish the amend, you must print the return and mail it. The first page will have a cover sheet with directions for what to include with the return and the mailing address. Make sure you sign and date the return before you mail it.

You generally must file an amended return within three years of the date you filed the original return or within two years after the date you paid the tax, whichever is later.
