How do I see an originally filed Turbo Tax return that has since been amended?

in the online version, only the latest version is saved (meaning the amended version) unless you saved a PDF copy of the original. on the desktop version, the same thing is true unless you saved a copy of the original using a different file name or saved a PDF copy.

however, column A of the 1040X represents the return as originally filed unless you have filed multiple amendments. Then column A would represent the previously amended return.
