I filed taxes as head of household last two years and I did not receive the $500 credit per child. Why is that and do you know how I can collect that?

I see you have the same problem as I do were you able to get that settle and if so can you please tell me what I need to do. Its frustrating cause I have 4 children and that is a big issue for us since I wasnt able to continue working due to a child that I have with special needs.
