I paid for the deluxe package which cost me $190I thought with the deluxe package Is that a professional we'll look over my tax return and make sure I did everything right 1st time you user it turbotax And last time 😫I was excited thinking I was getting over $2,000 back And ended up with After Paying turbo tax I ended up with $400.02??????????

why did you think you were getting $2,000 back? could be that the return did not reflect a stimulus payment that the IRS says you received. note that we have no access to your return. there is probably no version of your return that currently exists that would show the $2K refund. so we are in the dark as to what changed. however, if the filed return showed a $2K refund and yo only got $400, the IRS should be sending you a letter in 2 or 3 weeks explaining the change

Actually the return was for 2,300I had nothing to do with the Stimulus check You still didn't answer the question What did I pay $190 for if they don't check Before they send them my e-file this is first time Filing taxes So I thought paying the extra money for the deluxe That meant that they were going to check over what I did before I sent it But I guess not!!!

I don't care what you believe I know that's what it said because I take care of my mom she is 59 be 60 in November thought I could claim her since she has no income so TurboTax should of Call my mistake instead I had to wait till next year After the birthday So don't tell me I'm lying!!!!!!!

You can only claim a Parent if there are over 60 and no income
